jets7 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jets7 platform. By registering an account on jets7 or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

jets7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Definitions & Terminology

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to jets7's website, applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using jets7.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered account on jets7.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by jets7.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Taka (৳)" refers to the Bangladeshi currency.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use jets7, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you declare that you meet this age requirement. jets7 may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on jets7. Opening multiple accounts from the same individual, family, address, or device is prohibited. If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and applicable legal action may be taken.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Any changes to your information must be reported to jets7 promptly. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jets7 is ৳300 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — mobile banking service
• Nagad — mobile banking service
• Rocket — mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

jets7 only accepts payments from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully verified requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are always made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation & Rejection

jets7 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit or withdrawal request in the following cases:

• If account verification is incomplete
• During an investigation into suspicious transactions
• If the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met
• Due to technical issues

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount is calculated as follows:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus).

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. The validity period and other conditions of each bonus are stated in the detailed description of each offer.

4.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

If jets7 detects any misuse of the bonus system, strategic betting, or attempts to obtain bonuses through unauthorized means, jets7 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

All bets are considered accepted only after they have been successfully confirmed on the platform. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, jets7 reserves the right to cancel it.

5.2 Result Determination

jets7's decision on game results is final. For sports betting, results are taken from official and recognized sources. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jets7 platform:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity
• Betting using automated or bot software
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to an account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses

6 VIP Membership

jets7's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

jets7 reserves the right to determine and modify the detailed terms of VIP membership and cashback at its own discretion.

7 User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Every user of jets7 is required to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Keep all information provided at registration true and accurate
• Ensure account security and keep login credentials confidential
• Make no attempts to compromise the technical security of the platform
• Maintain respectful conduct toward other users
• Play responsibly and stay within your own financial means
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the jets7 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of jets7 and is protected by copyright law. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reusing these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The methods by which your personal data is collected, processed, and stored are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

jets7 uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Your financial information is never shared with third parties without authorization.

10 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

10.1 Closure by jets7

jets7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of breach of the Terms
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• In cases of use of false identity or information
• In cases of bonus misuse
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bonus wagering requirements will be taken into account before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

jets7 will not be liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connection issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. If a technical error occurs in any gaming or betting system, jets7 reserves the right to cancel any transactions arising from that error.

Gambling carries financial risk. The user bears full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform.

12 Responsible Gaming Commitment

15 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between jets7 and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. Contact [email protected] to initiate a discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, applicable legal procedures will be followed.

jets7's decision in dispute resolution will be considered final; however, the user retains the right to pursue legal recourse.

16 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between jets7 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings on this matter. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
